This was corrected in version 2.1. |
On Jive-n Cloud, unmarking content with a structured outcome will cause caused the Activity Tile to not show any activity and will display "Something Went Wrong". This can happen when any user unmarks Structured Outcomes like Official, Final, Reserved, Helpful, Correct, etc.
In version 2.1, we corrected the issue by adding support for the"outcome set", "outcome removed" and "moved" activities.
For reference…
The issue only affects Jive-n Cloud and Khoros-JX Cloud customers at this time. It does not affect Jive-n 9.X Hosted or On-Premise customers.
