About the Wiki Viewer+ Widget
Info |
---|
Version 11x |
Widgets by Social Edge are quality, easy-to-use custom widget that does one thing very well (e.g., display a wiki page on your home page) for your Verint community.
Fully skinnable and adaptable to your brand's style, the Wiki Viewer+ Widget comes with its own configuration panel and can be placed on your community's global homepage or any Group or Application landing page.
This Wiki Viewer+ widget does not replace Verint’s existing widgets. Rather, it allows you to display the contents of a wiki page in a visually appealing way.
Key features:
Adds content and images from a wiki page to a Verint group or application landing page
Ability to choose how the wiki appears - with or without a title, with or without a border, etc.
The Wiki Viewer+ Widget is compatible with both Cloud and Hosted versions of Telligent.

Best Practices and Tips
Best Practice/Tip | How To… |
---|---|
| To adjust the look of the wiki document in the viewer you must edit the wiki document itself. For example, if the wiki document was a table and you are seeing scrollbars in the wiki viewer, go in to the wiki document and resize the table smaller and this will make the scrollbars disappear. |
| It’s best to grab the URL of the Wiki Document before configuring the widget. Simply go to the Wiki Document, and in your browser window, go to the Address bar, copy that full URL. and copy it to your clipboard or a notepad. |
