Navigate to Your Community 

1. Ensure you have an xml 

Ensure you have the proper widget xml file. This would be provided by your IT team, Verint partner, or Verint support. 

2. Navigate to your community 

Now that you have ensured you have the widget xml file, navigate to your community and log in using your provided credentials. 

PLEASE NOTE: You can only import a widget if you are in the administrator site role and are permitted to do so. 

Navigate to the Widget Studio 

1. Hover Over the Pencil Icon

Now that you have signed in, from your landing page, hover over the pencil icon on the left-hand side of the page.

2. Click on Administration

3. Click on Interface

4. Click on Widget Studio

Import the Widget in Widget Studio 

1. Once in the Widget Studio, Click on the Import Icon

2. Find the Specific Widget to Upload  

(In this example, I am using “Hero by SE” x), select it, and click Open

3. Click “Import” 

Once you click open, a pop-up window with a loading circle and percentage will appear. That indicates how far along in importing the widget the system is. 

Once it is uploaded, a second pop-up window will come up, where you will click “Import”.

4. Click on Staged Changes 

Once you click “import” a second loading circle may appear. Once it hits 100%, navigate to the bottom of the widget studio where it says “staged changes”. Then click on the 3 dots and “Publish All” (see image below).

5. Click on “Ok” 

Once you click “publish all” a pop-up window will appear at the top of the screen. Please click “Ok”
